Wines and beverage being an important portion of income for any F&B operation, wine service is extremely important, the quality wine serving team will help to raise the profitability and image for a restaurant”…

“Singapore has been known for its high quality education services, with the Academy of Wine Singapore bringing to Asia the only Court of Master Sommelier Accreditation since 2007, this has anchored Singapore as a Wine Education Hub. This year seeing more top F&B organizations in Singapore releasing their staff for the accreditation, demonstrating a commitment to raise their team’s knowledge and service quality.” Key organizations have included Menu (operators for Brewekz and Wine Garage) who have sent more than 10 staff to Accreditations in both 2007 and 2008.
